Volunteer opportunities for people of color in Bergen County NJ

People of color will find volunteer opportunities at Bergen County CASA.  We have a disproportionate number of children in foster care who are Hispanic and Black and need Advocates they identify with. Currently most of our Advocates are Caucasian.

Additionally, there are other volunteer opportunities including the Board of Trustees and helping us with our fundraising. All these groups seek to diversify their volunteers. The more different voices we have the more our program will be enriched.

If you are a person of color in Bergen County NJ looking for a volunteer opportunity, please think learning more about Bergen County CASA.  We would value your input. We are seeking to diversify our volunteer base and that includes male volunteers and people who identify as LGBTQIA+.
