Meet our Bergen CASA Team
CASA for Children of Bergen County has a full-time executive director and administrative assistant who run our day-to-day operations, and three case supervisors who oversee the volunteer advocates. These dedicated individuals are on call 24/7, as we are dealing with children and their lives. Because much of the work involves confidentiality, we ensure that everything we do is carefully documented for State and National CASA and the State of New Jersey.
Executive Director

Lucy Rosen
Executive Director
Lucy Rosen volunteered for Bergen CASA in 2011 and after working on a couple of cases, joined the team as a case supervisor in August 2014. Lucy has a varied career history, starting as a Cordon Bleu chef working in the south of France before earning her BS in psychology from the University of Bristol in England, after which she worked in advertising and market research. She moved to the USA in 1986. She and her husband live in Harrington Park, where they raised their three children.
Development Manager

Jaime Wisz
Development Manager
Not for profit work has always had a role in Jaime’s life. She has participated both professionally and personally alongside well-known charitable and local organizations alike. Starting her career in journalism was a natural pathway into the marketing and advertising worlds, where she has spent many years working with Non-Profit groups, Hospitals, Food, Wine, Hospitality and Fortune 500 companies. Her range of works touches upon several of CASA’s needs including fundraising, event planning, program development, copywriting and more. Jaime and her husband live in Ho-Ho-Kus where they are raising their children.
