Today, four dedicated Advocates from Glen Rock are supporting children and teens in foster care, ensuring they are seen, heard, and supported during pivotal moments in their lives. This generous community is also home to one of our most valued Board Trustees and one of our highly respected Case Supervisors—further strengthening the connection between Glen Rock and our mission. Simply put, we just love folks from Glen Rock.
Much like the town’s iconic Rock—a historic landmark that has grounded this community for generations—Glen Rock residents provide steadiness and reassurance to children navigating uncertainty. Whether through advocacy, leadership, or professional guidance, their presence helps foster youth feel anchored and supported.
The calm beauty of places like Thielke Arboretum reflects the spirit of Glen Rock itself. Just as its winding trails and peaceful pond offer a place to pause and reflect, Advocates offer children a safe space to process challenges and imagine brighter futures. Even the heart of Downtown Glen Rock—with its welcoming shops, restaurants, and historic charm—speaks to a town that values connection, belonging, and care.
That sense of history and commitment carries through landmarks like The Museum at the Station, a reminder that preserving stories—and honoring those who come before us—matters. At Bergen CASA, we believe every child’s story matters too, and that having a consistent, caring adult can change its course.
