4th Annual "Stand Up For Children" Comedy Night
Bergen County CASA would like to thank everyone who made our 4th Annual “Stand Up For Children” Comedy Night which took place on April 8, 2010 such a successful event.
This wonderful event had 245 people in attendance and was full of great food, amazing auction items and a psychic comedian. We are proud to announce that with your help we raised over $45,000 for abused and neglected children.
We would like to give a special acknowledgment to all the businesses and individuals who sponsored the event including our dinner sponsor Verizon.

Third Annual - "You're Only Young Once"
Service-A-Thon on Sunday June 1, 2008 raised more than $7,000 for Bergen County CASA.
Salon 5 & Spa’s entire staff generously donated their time and talent to participate in the Third Annual “You’re Only Young Once” service-a-thon, a six-hour fundraiser. Lead by owners Nuala Guidea, Nick Berardi, and Larisa Miron, the Schlosser Street salon offered customers an array of salon and spa services from its professional, certified staff in exchange for donations to the local CASA program. The Salon 5 & Spa staff declined payment for the day, instead volunteering so that all funds raised would go directly to supporting the children who need volunteer advocates. “Having the opportunity to work with CASA has proven to be an incredibly fulfilling experience for our company” said co-owner Nuala Guildea.
